About the museum
Space Expo hosts events for up to 500 guests. For groups of this size, we open the entire museum exclusively for your attendees. Every single space can be utilized to ensure an unforgettable experience. This setup is perfect for conferences or large corporate events. You will benefit from the unique ambiance that defines Space Expo and can also incorporate your own branding, such as using our video screens in the foyer or displaying banners.
We manage your event from A to Z, allowing you to focus entirely on the content. Space Expo works with preferred suppliers for audiovisual needs and catering. They know the museum inside out and understand exactly what works. From a luxury seated dinner to live performances or lectures, everything is possible. In the past, Space Expo has even hosted a large classical concert. Everything can be combined to suit your needs. Benefit from the experience of our event managers as we help you put together the perfect program. Even the Space Expo garden can be included in your event. We are happy to brainstorm with you. When it comes to catering, Space Expo offers endless possibilities. From simple to luxury breakfasts, lunches and drinks. Taat & Friends is our professional in-house caterer. They can provide homemade appetizers, custom food stations, barbecue dishes, fully catered dinners and walking dinners upon request. A professional presentation, top quality and enjoyment are the key ingredients of their approach.
Technical support
For technical support, we regularly call upon the expertise of our preferred supplier, ML Systems. They are familiar with our venue's capabilities and ensure a smooth technical experience during your event!
